Emma Richardson of Tacoma, Washington has volunteered with Special Olympics since 2019 and joined staff in 2022, now serving as Director of Health Programs. She is also pursuing a Master of Public Health degree while working full-time, focusing on empowering athlete leadership and health equity initiatives. Emma is proud to elevate athlete voices and strengthen inclusive health programming across the state. She looks forward to supporting athletes and celebrating inclusion at the 2026 USA Games!
