Tim Bauer of Seattle, Washington has been involved with Special Olympics since 2018 and now serves as head coach at West Seattle High School and mentor for the state Youth Activation Committee. A Seattle Public Schools special education teacher, he focuses on building positive and inclusive team environments. He is proud of his program’s recent achievements, including Banner School recognition and state championships. Tim is preparing his athletes for the USA Games through focused practices and community fundraising support!
