Emily Carter of Tacoma, Washington serves as Northwest Region Manager for Unified Schools with Special Olympics Washington and has worked on staff for four years. With more than 20 years of experience as an athlete, trainer, coach, and advocate, she brings deep expertise in inclusion and athlete development. She has served as medical support for Team Washington at the 2018 and 2022 USA Games and continues to champion equity and access in unified sports. Emily believes the USA Games showcase the transformative power of true inclusion on a national stage!
