Chelsey Tegnell of Oak Harbor, Washington has been involved with Special Olympics since the age of eight and competes in bowling. She values the opportunity to meet new people, compete, and build friendships through sports. Chelsey works at Walmart in the garden center and enjoys staying active by walking and practicing regularly. She is excited to attend her first USA Games and looks forward to representing Washington!!
