Nicole McAllister of Lake Stevens, Washington has been connected to Special Olympics throughout her life as a sister, coach, Unified Partner, volunteer, and now Senior Manager of Operations and Competition for Special Olympics Washington. She has previously served in leadership roles at the 2018 and 2022 USA Games and will attend the 2026 USA Games as Assistant Head of Delegation. Inspired by her late sister, she is dedicated to creating meaningful athlete experiences and advancing inclusive competition. Nicole is honored to continue supporting Team Washington on the national stage.
