Stewart Kunzelman of Kent, Washington has coached Unified Sports since 2022, leading teams in cornhole, basketball, and track and field at Kentwood High School. A longtime coach and special education paraeducator, he is passionate about building inclusive, competitive programs where all students feel valued and connected to their school community. Under his leadership, the Unified program has doubled in size, earned district and state podium finishes, and set a state record in track and field; he has also been recognized as Cross Country Coach of the Year and Kent School District Coach of the Year. Stewart views selection to represent Washington at the USA Games as a reflection of his athletes’ dedication and is focused on developing a faster, stronger, and more Unified team in the year ahead!
